This privacy statement describes how ProQ Inc. (“ProQ”) collects and uses the information you provide by using the services of www.proq.io, our mobile sites and mobile applications, and any other application or access point we make available to you (collectively, our “Web Properties”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update this information.
Our privacy policies govern two kinds of privacy: the privacy we accord visitors to www.proq.io, and the privacy we accord to our customers and their data. As our customers access our services via www.proq.io, the visitor policies also apply to customers, whereas visitors are governed only by the visitor policies below.

Information We Collect From You
How We Use the Information
We will use contact information to provide you the service or information you requested as well as provide you with additional information about our services and events, and those of our partners. We may also use this information to monitor and improve the performance of our website and its services. to ProQ uses information collected to provide you with the services you request.
At no time will we provide your person information or that of your company in any form to a third party for promotions or other activities. ProQ does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
ProQ does not disclose customer billing information with any third party. Any billing information submitted via the online portal will only be used within our secure billing platform.
Our use of log files means that information such as IP address, ISP, browser, date and time, number of clicks, your navigation of our site, the pages that referred you to ProQ and the page you use to exit, and a limited amount of demographic data. None of this data will be linked to any personally identifiable information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Our third-party ad networks provide advertisement and links to other sites when you use your browser. Tis happens in a number of ways: the ad network may capture your IP address directly, or cookies, Web Beacons, and other technology may be used by third-party networks to provide a more personalized experience or track the effectiveness of their ads. ProQ cannot control how these technologies are used – you are free to disable them on your browser, feel free to consult your browser’s vendor website for information on how to do this.
As our customer, we collect the following information from your company:
- Contact Information for key project stakeholders such as name, role, email address, mailing address, phone number
- Company information such as company name, approximate revenues, and location.
- Enterprise software project information such as methodology, project scope, project timeline, project progress, and performance ratings
As is true of most websites, we automatically gather information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.
When we collect information via our online service we are doing so in order to provide project quality management information to your company and its designated vendor and services partners. We will use this information to:
- Manage the project quality system
- Provide project performance status analysis
- Populate a project data mart
- Provide reports and analysis regarding the status of your company’s project
- Improve our services
- Respond to customer service requests
- Administer your account
- Respond to your questions and concerns
The information we collect about your company’s projects will be held in strict confidence and will be shared only with designated users within your company and the designated partners. All user-specific data, in particular information relating to the originator of project performance data collected weekly by ProQ, will be kept strictly anonymous and will not be made available for standard analytical purposes. User-specific data will only be made available in order to comply with human resource-related issues or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
We provide an enterprise software project tracking and performance analysis service from our Web Properties (the “Service”) that collects weekly survey data from designated project team members and aggregates those data into a series of report about the project that can be viewed by designated stakeholders. These data are also used to provide analysis and reporting on a wide variety of project-related issues relating to overall factors that govern project success.
Companies can opt out of the use of ProQ by contacting us via e-mail or mail at any time. Your company will be given a copy of its project data and all user access to the site will be terminated.
We do not disclose any data from ProQ to any third parties except as required by law.
We do not sell or distribute any of your personal or corporate information to third parties or allow third parties to use it for marketing purposes. ProQ may at some point in time use third-party intermediaries to manage payment processing. These intermediaries would only be links in the distribution chain, and would not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided except for purposes of payment processing.
We may at some point rely on third party service providers to assist us in other aspects of operating the Web Properties. For example, we may use third party data centers to host the Web Properties and third party storage providers. We will obtain appropriate contractual and technical protections to limit these service providers’ use and disclosure of your personal information. We release personal information if we believe we must do so to comply with the law or to protect the rights and safety of ProQ, our customers, and our individual users.
When we collect information directly from you, we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
